Zucchini flower beignets-
- Eliminate the stems and pistils of 30 flowers. Then, wash them, dry and drain.
- Soak the remaining 6 flowers in boiling water for 30 seconds. Afterwards, refresh them in water with ice cubes.
- Mix the cheese and the marjoram. Fill the 30 flowers with this mixture.
- Put each flower into milk, then flour. Cook in the heated oil for 1 minute, maximum.
- Serve by placing 5 fried flowers on each boiled flower. Add the salted tomatoes.
