Moreover it is the cook of the pope who left one of its specialities: the berlingot. We shall attend the opening of the market of the black truffle and Bruno will have even the honor to be inaugurated by the confrèrerie of the truffle of the Mountain Ventoux. We shall discover to the castle of Mazan, property of Sade until the revolution, where a hotel in the soft colors, in the chandeliers in pampilles and in rooms decorated tastefully in been born. Its young talented chef, Iris Enrich will surprise us with its terrine of foie gras in the crystallized tomatoes.
